We're an internet-centric company and email
communication with our clients is the most efficient way of delivering
customer service.
After contacting us you will soon receive an email confirmation. We
receive a very high volume of emails and answer 90% within 1-2 business
days. If you haven't received a reply within three business days,
please re-send your email and add "DUPLICATE" to the subject line.
Although we answer every email that requires a reply, occasionally
emails fall foul of spam filters or simply go undelivered. We
prioritise queries that appear to have been adversely affected by the
vagaries of the internet. If your query is of an urgent nature, please
indicate this in the subject line.
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm.
